For 70 years, researchers studied trust — but never measured it. TRUST OR™ makes trust measurable, for the first time in history.
Trust doesn’t fail in one big moment. It fractures silently — in every conversation, every decision, every interaction. And when it breaks, businesses pay the price.
Billions are lost every year — not because of product or strategy, but because trust was broken in moments no one could measure.
That’s why we built TRUST OR™ — the first system that detects, measures, and trains against these hidden fractures.

Since the 1950s, researchers have studied trust as the foundation of human relationships. Yet in business, trust has never been given a unit. For decades, leaders have measured performance, profit, and growth — but not the very thing that makes them possible.
Making instincts visible through signals.
Aligning words with meaning.
Restoring timing and flow.
Detecting and correcting bias.
Revenue was the KPI of the industrial era. Trust will be the KPI of the human era. TRUST OR™ is the system that makes it possible.

I started my career in enterprise sales, navigating global markets and high-stakes negotiations. For two decades, I sat in boardrooms where the biggest deals were made — or lost.
Again and again, I saw the same truth: outcomes weren’t decided by slides or spreadsheets. They were decided by trust — an invisible currency no one measured.
We tracked everything: revenue, profit, NPS, pipeline. But trust — the force holding it all together — had no unit, no score, no standard.
One boardroom moment made it painfully clear: silence masked dissent, and a multi-million-euro deal collapsed. Everyone felt the truth, but no one dared name it.
I knew trust had to be made visible. So I built the first equation to measure it — mapping signals, aligning language, restoring rhythm, and exposing distortion.
I founded TRUST OR™ to close the 70-year gap left by research and to set a new operating rhythm for business. My mission is simple: make trust measurable, scalable, and the defining metric of the future.
I’ve made trust measurable. The patent is filed, the book is underway, the brand is alive. What I need now is a technical partner who wants to be the builder of the first trust operating system. I’m not looking for an employee — I’m looking for a co-founder who sees the scale of this and wants their name on it forever.
